Newly remodeled and beautiful, our Condo is located on the North Beach of Corpus Christi. Very convenient (couple of minutes) to Texas State Aquarium, Hurricane Harbor Waterpark, and USS Lexington.
We have outstanding Daily rentals with a two night minimum stays, and Weekly and Monthly Pricing for this seaside retreat.
If you are a beach lover you will LOVE this vacation rental. We are waterfront and while this is a small 420' 1 bedroom Condo, the space is newly remodeled and beautiful.
You have access to the entire Condo. And our common area has 6 BBQ pits and large seating at each. 2 Heated Pools, washers and dryers on each floor, and ample covered parking.
We understand that this is your vacation, so we give you your privacy! However, if you need us we are a call or text away.
Our neighborhood is Corpus Christi's North Beach. It has restaurants, shops, bars, tourist destinations, and entertainment.
The Condominum complex charges a check in fee of $20. This fee covers parking for up to 2 vehicles for your stay, wifi, use of both heated pools and all other community facilities. We limit individuals 25 years and older to reserve Condo 1316.
