Villa Del Sol is the largest lodging community in Corpus Christi. Made up of 411 individually owned condos brought together by the Owners Association of Villa Del Sol, Inc. Financially managed by Associa Hill Country, a subsidiary of Associa, the world’s largest property management company in the world. Our onsite staff consists of 12 dedicated and motivated people.
