We accept cancellation and gladly refund 100% of all monies paid up to 14 days prior to your arrival.

In the event you cannot make your rental. No worries! Let us know within 24 hours of your scheduled arrival date we will give full credit of the money paid towards a future rental for up to one year from your original purchase.

Deposit Policy

For our customers convenience we allow future reservations to be booked with only 20% deposit. Your deposit will go towards the cost of your rental. All balances must be paid in full within 14 days of arrival.

Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.

If you’re looking for a place to stay in this area of San Antonio, do not hesitate to book this property. The place is exactly like the pictures and is very comfortable. The extras were above and beyond.

The kitchen had everything we needed, and most importantly, everything was clean. There was a Keurig machine with several choices of coffees & teas - and there were even disposable to-go cups.. The bathrooms were amply stocked and there were additional items you’d find at a higher end hotels ( cotton balls, makeup remover pads, etc). Lots of towels as well, which has not been my experience at some past properties.

The owners really paid attention to details and if we’re ever back in the area, we’d stay here again.

John’s place is definitely one of the nicest/coolest places I’ve stayed! It was much more than the pictures and description! Very spacious, had a good size tv in every room ( which is a big deal for me) the closets were very large and the light turned on once you walked into it, a fireplace, just all around 10/10 loved it and will be definitely coming back!

The Great Room is very comfortable. Guests enjoy the 60" Smart TV, electric fireplace, and enjoy an opportunity to relax in the stuffed seating. Not pictured, but we have several throw blankets to make it even more cozy!!!

For added privacy or to ensure quiet time we have a pocket door that will separate the bedroom quarters from the living areas.

Our parking is at the foot of the stairs leading to our private balcony. The back door enters between our dining and kitchen areas. The front door entry is in the lobby of our secure foyer.

We have a King Size Bed in the Master Suite.

His and Hers closets located in the Master Bedroom provide ample space for apparel.
