****$15.00: THIS WILL BE PAID DIRECTLY TO THE COMPLEX FOR PARKING, UP TO 2 VEHICLES. THIS IS A ONE TIME FEE PER STAY (NOT PER NIGHT). UPON YOUR ARRIVAL TO VILLA DEL SOL GO TO THE FRONT OFFICE. THEY WILL ISSUE YOU A PERMIT PASS TO PLACE ON YOUR VEHICLE AND A CARD. THIS CARD WILL ALLOW YOU ACCESS TO THE BEACH, POOLS, ETC. THE PERMIT PASS WILL ALLOW YOU ACCESS TO THE PARKING AREA.
IMPORTANT – ALL VEHICLES ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE A PARKING PERMIT. TOWING IS ENFORCED BY VILLA SECURITY
CLEANING: $0 FOR LINEN/TOWEL & BASIC CLEAN FEE. (UNLIKE OTHER CONDOS WE DO NOT REQUIRE AN ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEE. WE ONLY REQUEST THAT YOU “LEAVE IT AS YOU FOUND IT” WITH EVERYTHING EXCEPT LAUNDRY.( OPTIONAL: IF YOUR STAY IS LONGER, AND YOU REQUEST A CLEANING THEN THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL $55.00 CLEANING FEE )THIS IS A BASIC CLEAN FEE.
INTERNET: $0 – INTERNET WIFI IS AVAILABLE AND IS PROVIDED WITH YOUR RENTAL – FREE OF CHARGE. THE SECURE PASSWORD CAN BE FOUND WITHIN THE NOTEBOOK LOCATED INSIDE OF THE CONDO.
YOU ARE REQUIRED TO LEAVE THE UNIT IN THE CONDITION THAT YOU FOUND IT. YOU ARE REQUIRED TO CLEAN YOUR DISHES WITH THE PROVIDED DISH SOAP AND WATER, DRY THEM OFF AND PUT THEM BACK IN THE CABINETS. IF YOU MOVE THE FURNITURE FOR ANY REASON YOU ARE REQUIRED TO PUT IT BACK UPON YOUR DEPARTURE. PLEASE SEE THE CHECK – IN & OUT RULES)
WE REQUIRE THE ENTIRE RENTAL AMOUNT TO BE PAID AT LEAST FOURTEEN (14) DAYS IN ADVANCE OF ARRIVAL. YOU CAN CANCEL OR CHANGE YOUR RESERVATION AT ANYTIME PRIOR TO 14 DAYS WITHIN YOUR ARRIVAL.
IF THERE ARE ISSUES WITH THE UNIT UPON YOUR DEPARTURE WE WILL CHARGE FOR THEM BASED ON THE ITEMIZED INVENTORY LIST WHICH WILL BE PROVIDED TO YOU.
REFUND POLICY:
WE OFFER A REFUND POLICY BASED ON CERTAIN CRITERIA. THIS POLICY WILL BE AVAILABLE TO GUESTS WHO HAVE PRE-PAID AND PROVIDE US A REPLIED TO EMAIL -NOTICE OF CANCELLATION 14 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL.
WE MUST RECEIVE THE EMAIL AND REPLY WITH CONFIRMATION THAT WE RECEIVED YOUR CANCELLATION. PLEASE EMAIL TO: [email protected] OR [email protected] 14 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL. IF YOU HAVE PRE-PAID AND UPON YOUR ARRIVAL THERE ARE PROBLEMS WITHIN THE UNIT, THAT YOU HAVE NOTIFIED US OF, AND WE CAN NOT RESOLVE THE PROBLEM, WE WILL REFUND YOUR MONEY AND HELP YOU RENT FROM ANOTHER OWNER.
