$20: THIS WILL BE PAID DIRECTLY TO THE COMPLEX FOR PARKING, UP TO 2 VEHICLES. THIS IS A ONE TIME FEE PER STAY (NOT PER NIGHT). UPON YOUR ARRIVAL TO VILLA DEL SOL GO TO THE FRONT OFFICE. THEY WILL ISSUE YOU A PARKING PERMIT TO PLACE IN YOUR VEHICLE AND A CARD.  THIS CARD WILL ALLOW YOU ACCESS TO THE BEACH, POOLS, WIFI, CABLE, ETC. THE PERMIT PASS WILL ALLOW YOU ACCESS TO THE PARKING AREA.

IMPORTANT – ALL VEHICLES ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE A PARKING PERMIT. TOWING IS ENFORCED BY VILLA SECURITY

CLEANING: $60 WE PROUDLY USE LOCAL PROFESSIONAL CLEANING SERVICES FOR OUR RENTAL PROPERTIES.  UPON YOUR DEPARTURE. PLEASE SEE THE CHECK – IN & OUT PROCEDURES)

WE ALLOW FUTURE RENTALS TO BE RESERVED WITH 20% DOWN.  REQUIRE THE ENTIRE RENTAL AMOUNT TO BE PAID AT LEAST FOURTEEN (14) DAYS IN ADVANCE OF ARRIVAL.

YOU CAN CANCEL OR CHANGE YOUR RESERVATION AT ANYTIME PRIOR TO 14 DAYS WITHIN YOUR ARRIVAL.
IF THERE ARE ISSUES WITH THE UNIT UPON YOUR DEPARTURE WE WILL CHARGE FOR THEM BASED ON THE ITEMIZED INVENTORY LIST WHICH WILL BE PROVIDED TO YOU.

REFUND POLICY:

WE OFFER A REFUND POLICY BASED ON CERTAIN CRITERIA. THIS POLICY WILL BE AVAILABLE TO GUESTS WHO HAVE PRE-PAID AND PROVIDE US A REPLIED TO EMAIL -NOTICE OF CANCELLATION 14 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL.

IF UPON YOUR ARRIVAL THERE ARE PROBLEMS WITHIN THE UNIT, THAT YOU HAVE NOTIFIED US OF, AND WE CAN NOT RESOLVE THE PROBLEM, WE WILL REFUND YOUR MONEY.
