Corpus Christi North Beach Beautiful Beach Condo, Updated and Clean

We just returned from our weekend getaway at this beautiful beachfront Airbnb in Corpus Christi, and we can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, the stunning ocean views took our breath away. The beach was just steps away, making it easy for our family to enjoy sun-soaked days of fun.
The house itself was immaculate and comfortably furnished, providing all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The open-concept living space was perfect for family gatherings, and the fully equipped kitchen made meal preparation a breeze. We loved the spacious patio , where we spent our evenings watching the sunset and listening to the soothing sounds of the waves.
The location couldn't be better, with nearby restaurants, shops, and attractions just a short drive away. Our hosts, John and his family were incredibly welcoming and provided clear guidance with excellent recommendations for local activities. Definitely recommend for your family weekend getaway!!

The unit was nice, the complex had alot to improve on. Walkways had rotting wood and missing safety rails. Inside was nice, my GF loved the mattress/topper. Adequate kitchen gear to cook all our meals. AC worked great.

Unfortunately we had to cancel a couple days before our reservation due to my dad being in the hospital. I reached out to John to let him know and he was so sweet and understanding. Kinda renewed my faith in the goodness of humanity. He offered to let us take all the time we needed and get rescheduled for another date in the future. Really appreciated his kindness. Can’t wait to visit later this summer 🙂

Great place to stay, exactly as advertised and has amazing views. The location is right on the water and has a very accessible walk to get there. Overall, an extremely convenient place for people looking to spend time on the beach!

We had a great stay! The condo had a gorgeous view of North Beach, which we enjoyed every day as we sat on the balcony. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. The bed was super comfy! John is a great host, actually one of the best we have ever had. He was so friendly and very communicative about any questions we had. He made sure all our needs were met. We will definitely be staying here again.

Highly recommended this place!!! John was very responsive and accommodating. I had an unexpected emergency occur and was not able to keep the dates I initially reserved. John was very flexible and was able to change my dates without being charged additional fees. I your every in Corpus and need a place for vacation, contact John. You won’t regret the stay.

Perfect little getaway! Very quiet and cozy spot, just what I needed for a couple days. Loved being able to walk out the door and onto the beach. Host was very friendly and communicative. I would definitely love to stay here again!

John’s unit is one of the more updated units. Me and my family have stayed in at Villa del Sol. The kitchen upgrades were excellent. I will say, the recliner and couch were relatively small, but does allow for extra space in the living room to fit a queen air mattress. Definitely worth the money!

John’s place was great. The AC wasn’t working when we arrived and he had it fixed right away. The location is great. Easy access

The description of the condo is accurate. It is small, but has a cozy feel to it. It had most of what we needed for our family of four. It is a short walk down stairs to the beach and it was wonderful to sit out on the balcony and watch the waves roll in.

The ONLY negative thing I have to say is that we were told our room was booked for our first night and that we would need to stay in a neighboring condo (with fewer amenities and a less than stellar view). We then had to move after the first night to our actual stay for the week. While we were taken care of, it was a bit of an inconvenience and just put a damper on our first night.

Really great view from the patio! As advertised! Unable to check in on time. Asked to go drive around. No toiletries in bathroom included soap and shampoo. Kids loved the bunkbed! Would definitely come back.

The place is good, clean and the best for me was the localization. You don't need to take a car to go to the beach. And the view is impressive.

Super clean and convenient one bedroom condo with built-in bunk beds for the kids. Beautiful views of the bay to enjoy while sitting out on the patio, especially in the morning with a cup of coffee. This location is perfect if you're looking for a family-oriented place to stay with easy access to the beach, but would also like the option of a pool. John, the host, was very responsive and gave us all the information we needed to make this a very comfortable stay. We will definitely be returning.

We absolutely loved staying at John’s place! It was just what my family needed. Yes, it’s a small space (He makes sure you know that ahead of time) but it accommodated my family of 2 adults and 2 teen girls well. It far exceeds a hotel in our opinion.
The decor and color scheme was on point. It just all flowed perfectly from room to room. Everything was carefully thought out from the decor to making good use of the small space.
It was very quiet when we stayed there. The complex is huge but surprisingly it was quiet at night which made for a good night’s sleep.

The view was my favorite! I loved sitting on the balcony both in the morning & at night. You can see the ocean, downtown Corpus Christi and the harbor bridge! I hated to leave.
John does a good job at providing extra amenities like coffee, shampoo, conditioner and body wash and a couple of beach supplies. Also, he response quickly to any questions which is a huge plus.
We loved that you get both a pool and the beach by staying here!

Location is great too. You are close to downtown. We loved taking drives over the harbor bridge at night and drive down ocean drive. It is beautiful!

We would stay here again!

Location of condo was great, right on the water and able to hear the relaxing sound of the waves. We were also close to everything we wanted to see in Corpus: Whataburger Field, USS Lexington and the Aquarium.

The condo was the perfect size for my husband and I and we very much enjoyed our stay!

John is an extraordinary host!!! He gave us the best tips and advice! His little condo is exactly as described! You can walk to sooo many fun adventures but you are basically on a private beach. The condo was perfect for my husband and I with our 3 kids. We had privacy but they were able to stay up and hang out. We thought the price was extremely reasonable for a property on the beach! The security guard, Lee, is a fantastic guy who was so nice to visit with! For an inexpensive family getaway, this is your place!!!

Must stay with John was extraordinary it was a perfect fit for me my three children and my two sisters I will be staying again with John in the near future he was a fantastic host he also allowed us to extend our stay a few hours so we could enjoy our last day!!!
